First year varsity head coach, Blake Friese led the varsity football team  to a 7 – 3 record.   The Thunderbirds clinched a spot in the playoffs for the 2nd year in a row and finished with their best record since 1992.   The JV team had an amazing season under Coach Ricky Kelly, finishing with a winning record of 6 -3.   Way to go Las Plumas Football!
